1980's Post Modern Italian Sofa
Beautifully designed piece by Zani, Italy. Heavy duty leather, adjustable back rests and solid construction. Great design cues in the diamond shaped (leather wrapped) legs, chiseled undercuts on the sides and the steeply ramped front which tapers away sharply from the underside of the seat cushions. Plenty of signs of use and patina on this piece to the seat and other wear points but being black it doesn’t detract from its attractiveness and the thick leather still has plenty of life left. High quality webbing and cushioning is still almost as new and very supportive.
